2 vs 4 ram sticks

I noticed it being smoother the day i got them (mabye placebo effect, like getting new speaker cable that is about the same quality as the old but mabye a little longer, not always you notice a difference more then you think you notice a difference)

Now performance is normal, what i experience all the time and might only notice a difference if i compared it to 2 ram sticks of the same speed or much faster like 3800mhz cl 14 (don't get any faster for a ryzen 5000).

I wish they made a 12 core 5000x3d cpu (5900 ?) a 5900x is actually alot cheaper then a 5800x3d and not fare from a 5800x, a 5900x3d they should be able to sell for what a 5800x3d costs and lower the price of a 5800x3d

A 5800x3d is actually 2/3 more expensive then a 5700x3d

This late in the generation they're likely making more from a 5700X3D/5800X3D than they would a 5900X3D/5950X3D. Likely reason we got the stupid XT chips and a 5500X3D seemingly which is basically a 5600X3D for a wider market instead of high core count X3D chips.

I only run 2 sticks when I want real speed, but four sticks feels better..

Indeed.. waay back when this stuff was new I paid 805 for my 5900X and like 625 for my 58X3D.
I paid 864 with tax for my 5950X ,the second month out, had the 5800X the first month out , glad I traded up , at the time ,my 1080Ti new was the 682 with tax in early 2018 , never dream I would pay almost 2000 for a 4090 ! 1840 with tax.
