That is not the primary problem here, @crazyeyesreaper explained it. I can't believe how many people miss what is actually written in this thread and dismiss it before really reading it.

I know that "cause you're stupid for commenting on the results that were obtained" is a general consensus here, and a pretty convenient answer (gets many likes too) but doesnt really provide much as far as explaining the reasons for it goes.

Yeah, yeah, yeah, some threads don't have direct access to memory. It's on like every slide that describes Threadripper2.
