My good 7950X running stock, with my typical daily DDR5-6200 settings on a fairly weak Galax RTX 4070. :rockout:

Frustratingly, it beats my tuned settings for this CPU on DDR5-6400... :kookoo:

I guess, the fabric doesn't really do 2133 MHz completely error free on this one.

Ran across an old score from back when I first started putting the Alder Lake build together, in the midst of the GPU shortage... so I had to live with the Maxwell card until we were finally able to snag (and somewhat overpay for) the EVGA 3070Ti FTW3 at Micro Center. I think that at least for a brief moment in time this was the high score for this goofy CPU/GPU combo on HWBOT.

Think you have to at least beat your own fastest score where this one is 10 pts below it. Plus faster than 99% of all other results. Good scores btw.

Got an unexpected Legendary Time Spy while testing new SOC/Mem voltages on MPT. This is probably only 30-40 points over Legendary limit for 5800X3D & 6800XT. I got another 19800 score with Excellent ranking prior. It was unexpected to me because this is a very uninteresting GPU in terms of OC and UV. Maybe I should try to get over 20k later... I tried a little more* but this is probably the current limit @360W

I asked a guy with an identical ASUS TUF GeForce RTX 4070 Ti card to check what result he would get in 3DMark Speed Way.
The difference was that my PC is a 13-year-old platform (ASUS P9X79 Pro) with an 11-year-old Xeon E5-1680 v2, and he had a new Ryzen 7 9800X3D (ASUS ROG Strix X870E-E Gaming WiFi).

Interestingly, his result was far behind, until I had to optimize his system myself, then his PC lost by only 0.5 FPS.

Steel Nomad is basically just GPU. PCI Gen 3 x16 is also enough for 4070 TI. It looks like you have 4% higher memory clock which is probably why you can score higher as 4070TI suffers from memory bandwidth the most. Maybe try to match the vram clocks to see if that's the case. But yeah, CPU (and system RAM) doesnt do anything on Steel Nomad either way.
