Ah, I see. Seems some MBs allow for 115C. Intel should not allow that. 100C seems too high given the situation.

Almost all mobos do but not out of the box. That's suicidal :roll:

I've done a 1.64v at 114c on my 12900k - hit 5.6ghz all core playing hogwarts. The chip still works somehow
