Yea, saw posted on another forum that the CAP info is newer that what comes in the 13.5 beta's, but still AMD does say not to install, goofy peoples, hopefully the question I sent them will have some solid info.

So as AMD hasn't put one of these out in ages, and the link I have posted in OP is dead, I'm guessing they aren't in production any more, or come included as part of the driver package (inclined toward the latter since AMD did post a couple of times that the package was not needed since drivers had newer). Thanks!
