How to flash the bios:
The new bios has uefi and some people have reported better overclocking results with it, although if you want to oc you're probably better off flashing a modified bios like this one here.
Edit: Make sure you don't have any gpu monitoring and/or overclocking software running or else the flash will fail.

How to flash the bios:
- Download ATIFlash 2.71 here
- Open a command prompt with admin privilege and go to the directory where you extracted ATIFlash (make sure your new bios is in the same directory).
- Type "atiflash -i" without quotes to get your adapter number, if you're running a single card it should be 0.
- Type "atiflash -s 0 original.rom" to backup your original bios.
- Type "atiflash -f -p 0 newbiosname.rom" to flash the new bios then wait until it says to reboot.
