no,absolutely not.Just as bad as DLSS, both are dirty tricks to gain some performance. I would not use them.
both are great ideas,both poorly implemented.
amd's idea to scale resolution with mouse movement is great,but the way it looks at this point,ugh,it's not even worth further discussion.
dlss works great in demos,when they devote a lot of time to polish it.with games it's more a miss than a hit at this point.played control with dlss on,it's super inconsistent from area to area.
