Agesa updates have brought nothing but improved compatibility and performance, no ones forcing you to update, what's the issue?
Someone tell MSI Gaming Edge WiFi x570 owner this
I tried up to v16 bios version for this board (from "launch" to V12 .. v12 beta - v13 - v14 beta - v14, v15, v16 .. the only 2 fairly stable was the v12 (just after launch bios, which my board came with)current on the v14 one.. sadly the v14 does not "let me" use my ram at 3200 speed, I had to tone back to 3000 speed (but was able to tighten the timings down from C16 to C14 as well reduce volts that way)
the problem overall was that any above V12 - v14 are anthing but stable, even when seemed to be stable, quick run of almost anything would cause lockups .. where v12 got me my 2nd to highest CPU-z benchmark scores I have gotten thus far, v13- v14 touch less, but also touch less volts to the CPU
Agesa might have improved various things, overall, seems MSI has not used this to the best advantage either IMO .. especially with the !@#$ Nahimic crud .. have to do odd freaking installs of the Realtek driver, then nahimic, then through Windows store etc.. sad because the way it "shipped" prior to any fancy driver DL, got the full fledged driver stack, not anymore .. quite hate things that do not work right, when simple should be "maintained" so it, well, just darn well works
