Well yes and no. In terms of GPU IPC, not much should change. The shrink to 7nm however, will allow them to increase clock speeds, while maintaining the same power envelope.So gaming performance is the same as before, if everything else being equal.
Retail 3400G has GPU clock at 1400MHz, this one was tested at 1500MHz. And these chips are at least 3 months away for mobile parts and 6+ months for desktop. So rather early silicon.
