Talking total system consumption for both GPUs here.
So It was total system power and the system with GTX1660Ti has 14W higher power consumption.
From this we don't know If the GPU has really that much higher power draw or for example CPU is better utilized and consumes more.
In TPU review GTX1660Ti consumes on average 1W more than RX5500 XT and peak consumption is 3-5W higher.

Funny to read and see thst people are arguing and crying about that it still will use vega.

If you don't like the cpu, don't buy. Start your own company and make a better/stronger apu. Overall, it is easy, right?

But do we know which Vega it will use?
Vega 11 was quite capable at 1080P.

Don't know because there isnt official release. Yes, I agree with you, vega 11 is quite capable :).

Built for a family member pc with r5 3400g. Witcher 3 on full hd with high textures and detail. Everything else low or disabled. FPS from 33-40 (ram 3200MHz, CL16).

Vega 11 was quite capable at 1080P.
... Vega 8 in Renoir outperforms any implementation of Vega 11 due to the combination of higher clocks and faster memory. Of course, more CUs would be better still, but for now we're not getting more than 8 in any APU - you can count the CUs in the die shot. Hopefully next year, along with (LP)DDR5!
