Does Intel take less power? In all of those scenarios?4.7 allcore is pretty high already.
imo do stock voltage +0.05v and see where it goes.though your aio should handle 5G alright.just not worth it for the power output imo.

You should tell the guys from the PCLAB to update their charts cause they are old. The power efficiency for Ryzens has changed.
