OK, try to download from the link you provided and flash the BIOS file from it.
Test it afterwards.
It could be your BIOS corrupted (but i doubt that).
If with the new flashed BIOS you encounter the same problems then it could be a hardware problem after all.

Is there any difference between flash my saved BIOS and uploaded BIOS?
They should be the same one, right?
As I already succeeded to flash my saved BIOS using 3.31.

Well, as you said before, you encounter some errors when you have your BIOS flashed.
Maybe there are something wrong with it.
So i propose to flash the one in the database who for sure can't have the same errors as you do.
As i said earlier, i suspect that your BIOS was corrupted or modded.
So this way we eliminate from the beginning the BIOS if you flash the database version.
In case you don't have anymore glitches, the we discovered the source.
If you still have them, then the card itself have a hardware problem.

Well, you recall that you uploaded the file ?
Or when you tried to do that you received the message that the file already exist ?
Anyway, please try it.
It won't cost you anything

Finally i change SSID using Polaris Editor to match current one,
then it can be flash to RX 580 without issue. 3DMark stress test passed.
but previous issues still exist.
So i think nothing i can do anymore.
Thanks for your help anyway.
BTW, i found that 2.93 able to detect my card after flashed to RX 580 BIOS.

So detecting the card was not an issue of the 2.93, rather the cause was the BIOS itself.
Well, at least i am happy that you managed to finalize the stress test.
