The missus doesn't use a computer - her phone is rarely ever at idle. When work is low, I tend to use my phone a lot more myself. In those times, the missus charges every day, and mine lasts around 1.5 days.The display doesn't draw anything during idle. Irrelevant point.
It's all about the software - in how deep idle low clocks state the software turns the phone down.
Idle is a different scenario, my phone easily goes 2-3 days on a single charge if I don't touch it.
