Another Chinese WTF RX 580 card issue

So I was bored or stupid enough to purchase yet another batch of faulty GPU's ... I have several of these Alleged Yugao RX 580 2048 D5 256bit

Three of five of them , appear to work but all have the exact same fault, they crash after 3-4 minutes load , usually with a solid colour showing ( solid green, yellow or white) . I had flashed multiple different VBIOS to see if issue stops but basically same issue ..

The only workaround was decreasing Power Limit by 15% within Afterburner , then the card will run just fine .. Simply reducing the Clocks yielded no results . Is there a quick and easy fix using Polaris BIOS editor ? I wanted to save these from E-waste

Attached also is the VBIOS that was most suitable with this card

Shown are pictures of Said Frankenstein 'Yugao' GPU

The GPU Die itself is an RX 570 , probably from an ex mining GPU , with the SKU 215-0910052

The memory is Elpida EDW4032BAB , 16 modules on the card, 8 each side ( presumably 512MB each)

The chip points at RX570 or RX 580 2048

Can you flip the card over and show the opposite side without the backplate please

4 Gigabits is 0.5 GigaBytes * 8 chips= 4 GigaBytes

So unless if there are 8 more chips on the back side of the card it will only be 4 GigaBytes and not 8 GigaBytes.

I wanted to try downvoting, underclock it, since it gets unstable due to heat , Original Values are shown below

The values below , caused the card to Error 43 , I will try smaller changes I guess ?

You will have to look through them and ensure they Contain Elpida BABG ram in the details to work, do a thermal paste and pad swap.

Here are the files for the card,

You will have to look through them and ensure they Contain Elpida BABG ram in the details to work, do a thermal paste and pad swap.

The only bios that works is the variants with 1500mhz memclock (came with this also)
It appears the memory is either faulty or just poor.. since most of the vbios are over 1600mhz and these just cause instant code43

Is the Polaris Bios mod tool able to lower memory speed ? The card is much more stable at lower mem clock and lower power rating
There is no other vbios with lowered memclock

To stabilize ram at higher speeds needs voltage but if the card is unstable at those speeds with voltage applied then yeah the ram chips are toast.

I don't have the answer about pbe, maybe it does as I only provide crossflash assistance, also bear in mind the gpu ram controller could be on its death bed too from the mining abuse.

4 GPU been fixed with the Jisooner VBIOS .. Not sure how , metrics seem the same ( voltage , clocks power)
