One thing i noticed when i first got my RTX3090 FE was that it didnt have a 'zero fan' function. seeing as that function is the cause of many issues leading to fan noise, i wasnt bothered, but since doing the R-BAR update/flash recently, ive noticed my 3090 will start in zero fan mode (on boot), & it will stay that way, since my Case is cool, & temps hover in the high 30's to low 40's. once temps go above 50'ishC, the fans will turn on, & it will never go back in to zero Fan mode, which leads me to believe this isnt a function, but a flaw. it leaves me wondering if anyone else is experiencing it. if you look in afterburner, you will see, even if you create a custom fan curve, you cannot set a speed lower than 30% i believe. im not 100% certain this was caused by the R-BAR update, but i never noticed it until after i did it. anyway, im curious to see if others are seeing this too, on cards that dont officially support zero fan
