@Michalrutek Unfortunately the BTR-70 is armed only with a 14.5mm KPV. The Soviet 14.5mm cartridge may very well be up to 50% more effective than .50 BMG, but when the worst autocannon in the game is 20mm Oerlikon, there is no place for a BTR-70. It wouldn't be able to penetrate jack shit.
Same goes for the BTR-80 and BTR-82. However, the BTR-80A and BTR-82A are armed with the same awesome 2A42 as the BMP-2 and BMP-3 families, but I'm not sure what room there is for another family of paper Soviet IFV vehicles when BMP is already paper.
I suppose the same would apply to the Rosomak unless the OE team decided to get a little imaginative and give it a lot more firepower than it really should have. 25mm M242...think Bradley without TOW missiles. Only the Wiesel/Crab and Warrior have autocannon without missiles; for the Wiesel/Crab, they have a microscopic footprint (can't hit what you can't see in the first place, not to mention they can be outfitted with missiles, and that both (IIRC) are given 30mm option), and the Warrior has completely troll side armor against autocannons now with applique equipped, as well as crazy dmg/pen to make up for the missiles. As much as I would like to see more diversity amongst lighter vehicles, I cannot see much of a future for vehicles like these beyond low-mid tier (which is a shame since Rosomak is a very modern vehicle).
In the same vein, I would love to see some [patriotic] love for my own country's LAV-III that has served so faithfully in recent years, but like most Piranha 8x8 variants they only come in 25mm M242 form with hardly any armor. There might be hope for a single more potently armored Piranha 8x8 vehicle, but with 2 Strykers already in the game, I wouldn't be holding my breath.
There are others that would be quite nice to see in the game in the near future. The T-15 Armata will undoubtedly make it sooner or later, seeing as how its MBT brother is going into T10 soon. And if done correctly, it's probably going to be quite a force to be reckoned with, seeing as how it sports another quad Kornet setup and an even tougher MBT hull. I'm guessing T10 after the Termi 2.
It could be interesting to see a counterpart for the M1134 (Wolfli) in the Shishkin tree in the form of the 9P157-2 Khrizantema-S. Really no need for explanation here, essentially an Eastern M1134. Dual 9M123 Khrizantema (supposedly even better than the 9M120 Ataka on the Ramka) on a BMP-3 chassis (yes, paper but so is the M1134).
No Russian bias here. Let's not forget that Merkava Mk II (I think so) will be making a debut as a mid-high tier premium tank. Probably means that there's quite a lot of room for a modern tank like the Merkava Mk IV to make it into the Zhang line (not unreasonable, China has very good relations and plenty of military technology cooperation with Israel). Yes, the
one MBT in full service that
actually widely employs an Active Protection System.
I think Oplot and Oplot-M are also being planned in the near future for the Zhang line as Eastern European (but not Russian) MBTs. They shouldn't be all that bad since 1) Innate Russian bias and 2) they are basically even more advanced versions of the T-80UD, with domestically designed Ukrainian ERA (on the Oplot-M) that is supposedly parallel with Russian Relikt (read: effective against 120mm M829A3).
Lastly, I would say there's still room for the German IFVs. Plenty of attention to the Leopard line, but I'd say that the Marder (shitty 20mm cannon but decent MILAN ATGMs) and upcoming Puma (30mm and SPIKE-LR, some really cool up-armouring as well) would fit nicely.
There was talk about the Namer but that will be very low down on the priority list. There is like, 1 photo of a prototype Namer with a 30mm RWS and ATGMs, but the only well-documented Namers come with M2-armed RWS. Nice Merkava hull, but pointless armament. The CV90 family has already made an appearance in the form of the PL10 (CV90120-T variant), but there could be room for a 40mm Bofors or 35mm Bush II vehicle, though I don't know how that would overlap with the Warrior's role.
