Asus B660M E D4 audio DTS to realtek audio manager

my asus tuf gaming b660m e d4
Motherboard have by default Realtek with DTS audio controller,

It's very poor quality it’s not enough for me,
Now my question is "How i can use realtek audio manager equalizer"

I Don't like DTS Audio manager, Its very limited option,

Before i used GIGABYTE motherbaord it have Realtek audio manage equalizer,

Now Asus motherboard have DTS,

I Don't Need DTS,

I NEED REALTEK equalizer like this

I need to know it’s possible to restore this realtek original equalizer like this?

Install a generic Realtek driver (such as this one), the driver you are using has DTS post processing config (SSTPPCfg), which overrides the default Realtek one.
Once installed, you might need to find (using explorer) and register 'RtkApi64U.dll' and 'RtkCfg64.dll' (command prompt as admin):

regsvr32 "LOCATION-TO\RtkApi64U.dll"

Another potential option: EqualizerAPO. May need to install as SFX/EFX (option in the Configurator), but it's an excellent tool and you don't need to mess with any drivers. You can use the Peace GUI to make it a bit friendlier.

If you boost any frequencies, be sure to set a pre-amp lowering system volume by the highest boost value; that'll ensure you don't get distortion. As an example: If your highest boost is upping 125Hz by 5dB, set up a -5dB pre-amp.

i used it, it’s good, but need to install separately, also need time.

I need just enable realtek audio effect

Hey man, I know this is a relatively old thread but I'd really appreciate it if someone could help me with this. I have an Asus TUF Gaming B760M-PLUS motherboard and this same issue on my PC. I tried to follow the written instructions but the Realtek Audio Console is not opening for me (RPC error). Could you please help me out as I'd really like to get the old Realtek Equalizer effects back? It might also help other people if you share what you did to get those effects back in the B660 motherboard.

Help me too,
I have a TUF B550M-Plus with DTS Custom and it does a terrible job with music, I don't play games and I would like the speaker equalizer to work with the Realtek one. I see the equalizer in Asus Realtek Audio Console, but only in the Realtek Digital Output section, so it doesn't work. Help me see the equalizer in the speaker section too.
