It is as successful as go-faster stripes and "ruby"-like-cartoon-girls and dragons on the GPUs. Apparently, it sells! :shadedshuIf the average consumer doesn't know what CUDA is, how will it benefit him? Chances are he wouldn't fully comprehend PhysX or Eyeinfinity either.

ooof. Not for Mafia 2 with AAx16 in full HD then. Thanks for the warning. But I'm sure it is quite fine in many other games, or a bit better in Mafia 2 if AA is dialled down, or a lower resolution is used. But I do agree, with a GTX450 it will really stretch things!
Nonetheless, there are people that buy plastic wheels for driving games, and there will be people that will give 3D glasses a go. Hell, I would if they were a bit cheaper.
