this should totally be a custom pcb bcs the ref pcb is 9,5inches which is roughly 24cm and this here is 17cm so 7cm smaller and uses a single 8-pin connector so i will totally bet for a custom pcb and a 4gb version should be sooo nice ^^

The reference GTX670 PCB is definitely not 9.5" long, it isn't that much longer than this cards PCB.

just going for a quick run bcs that was what, was on geforce.co.uk but i have had a shitty day so i guess it got confused, but i still think Asus made a custom pcb, instead of using ref design, but i guess we will know for sure when it starts getting out for reviews...

It is definitely a custom PCB, for starters it uses a single 8-pin for power and it is definitely shorter(even if just slightly) than the ref PCB.
What I was saying about the shroud being included is that the reference card looks longer than it is because the fan shroud extends a few inches past the end of the PCB.

EDIT: For visual aid, here's the back of a reference card:

Notice how the shroud for the fan extends a few inches past the PCB, giving the illusion that the card is longer than it really is. I'd be willing to bet that a reference card with an aftermarket cooler that doesn't extend past the back of the PCB(such as the card this thread is about) would be within centimeters of the length of this Asus Mini card. However, comparing the component placement of the Asus Mini and the reference card, the Asus is definitely on a custom PCB.

it uses double fan, so i really wanna see a head to head comparison on overclock-ability between these short 670 and their struggle to battle fan with that small form factor

I doubt the Zotac model has been available in Japan and China
It might be just a concept or paper launch
I can not find any info on their official website
