ASUS Rampage III Extreme 32 Megapixel high-res photo

Stupid comment. Too bad it's the first comment too.

And your stupid comment is properly placed ;)

My apologies. It does seem like there is only one lan connection. However, you'll note that some networking modems, like mine, are coming with one plug in / many out.

The first block is ps/2 and 2 usb.
Reset button for bios. 1394
The second block. Bottom external SATA port.
SPDIF and Coax
The last block is obviously speakers.

There would be a receiver for blue tooth as well.

The Rampage II definitely has 2 Lan ports.

It would be easier if it was announced, and you could just look it up in the manual.

There's a limited amount of space, with the extra audio stuff being onboard.

Yes.. now do you realize why jumping the gun and calling somebody stupid makes you look bad?

Skinny heatsinks usually overheat, and with sata 6 and usb 3 i might get it instead of the E762
And evga board is just for marketing and fit, i will never pay 1000usd for a overclocked 920 (cof cof 975 cof)

:roll::laugh:
LOL he said fit

Great looking mobo, also it's about damn time mobo's started including blue tooth onto the mobo ( really sick of having to use an adapter, to use my headphones, and my key board )! As well as the extra PCI slots. I just may be swapping my classified for this, I loved the rampage 2, but the shotty execution, and problems with the bios, was a deal breaker for me, I do hope they can make this one work alot bette rout of the box.

Gonna be part of w1zzards new rig?

So this is a newer revision of X58? First boards totally oveheated

Like was said

For X58+ICH10R, that heatsink is more than sufficient. The chipset no longer houses the memory controller, so you'll almost never be playing with its voltages.

Ive never heard of X58 heatsinks overheating without a few nf200 chips under them.

image was stitched together from 9 21 MP images and scaled down so that photoshop could actually export it as jpg

Damn that's a huge pic. LOL

uhm you do realize that if you click the link at the end of the news post it gives you a much high resolution photo ?

Sorry.. must have missed that.. like you missed my question ;)
Hadn't seen the update.
Cheers :toast:
