i flash the bios and load factory defaults
here are the problems
1: my sata controllers was not working (cannot detect dvd-rw,hdd's).i have an old 3gb IDE HDD so i coud test agp controller,it has windows pre-installed on it (same xp-sp2) so i only install vga dirvers but after windows boot screen,same problem.in safe mode i was looking at IRQ and found that the AH3450 is on IRQ 10 and there's no HD audio device
here is the IRQ list after bios flash:

Now we are getting somewhere.
So you chose to disable the SATA Controller, right? It's not a problem with my DSDT?
Do you have ACPI errors on Event Viewer -> System? If you don't than it's fine. If everything else is working fine for you than this is your BIOS.

i didn't disable sata controller because i need them, my dvd rw and both hdd's are on sata
and the vga driver problem still persists
ill check event viewer for errors and report to you

Here I wasn't expecting the AH3450 to go to IRQ 10 but to IRQ 17 instead. But IRQ 17 might be reserved, and so it went to IRQ 10.
Here is the BIOS again, now with routing to IRQ 10 instead of IRQ 17.

Did you try turning your SATA controller to AHCI or RAID mode?

i had flash the second bios you post with success,my sata controllers are back,now i have to install the agp drivers to see if the problem presist

ooohhhhhhh....shoud this be a problem? i was flashing the bios form windows with a little program provided by my mobo cd-driver not from FDD because i don't have one right now

ati:8.12..9.10..9.4..9.7..8.62..and on cd is 8.52 ver.
