Meh.. I feels BatMan Arkham devs are just lazy/out of budget and would fear that the engine would have massive code revamps / time consumed when they optimize the game for both ati and nvidia.
Its the same thing we feel sometimes when we make web apps in work.. as long as it run on IE, its good for deployment. "To hell with the firefox, chrome, etc.. go live is tommorow. Just hide the link and lets do a workaround until we find a longterm solution/fix (that would never see the sunlight)"
