True. It says early access to beta, but I should already have beta access. Do they mean you'll get access a few days before the official beta? I'm checking the site now and they already have premium access for $49.. So, shit I'll have to pay $69 +$49.. I'm thinking now I'll wait 2 months and get it all for $29..

So, what should I do if I want the entire game? "DLC" included and not have to pay hundreds of dollars to get it all?

I'm just not clear on the structure.

Do I need to get the "standard" game and then the "premium"? Or, in order to get everything, do I need to get the "digital deluxe" and the "premium"?

Edit: Damn, ok, wow. We all know DICE is even better at making trailers than games themselves but this is def not just BF3 with a paint job. Though "the paint" too looks freakin' great. That knifing was BA too.

If you qualify for the beta already, just get BF4 standard and the Premium pack.

all the digital deluxe gets you over the standard version is the beta, and 3 Gold Battlepacks.
if you want Premium it is up for pre-order now. Premium gets you 12 battlepacks. in addition to it's other features.

Battlefield 4 Battlepacks can be unlocked in multiplayer by ranking up during regular gameplay. Battlepacks in Battlefield 4 include a collection of items, such as weapons, specializations, and gadgets, that players can unlock when moving up through the Battlefield 4 ranks. Battlefield 4 Battlepacks are available for unlock to all players regardless of what class they play as. The packs can include such items as new gadgets, weapons, and soldier skins/camos. Players will also be able to unlock additional weapon skins, vehicle unlocks, weapon accessories, and more.
Battlefield 4 Battlepacks can also be purchased on Origin and Battlelog, and be made available immediately without having to rank up. The Battlepacks include Battlefield 4 unlocks for both soldiers and vehicles.

Summary: early unlocks that you can otherwise get just by playing.

Better start learning how to code. Though I sure ain't exactly keen on spending that much either but I guess there is little choice. You don't need Premium of course...but you sorta do. If you play daily anyway it makes sense...

Maybe I should wait for BF4 to be included with next gen AMD video cards then upgrade. Then sell 7850 to fund Premium.
