I understand what you are saying and agree - in part.I'm saying that Fluke / etc. etc. are over $100
You don't have to spend $100 to get that level of accuracy. Many meters are more expensive because they have more features, have a bigger, brighter display, come with additional probes and accessories, a fancy case, etc.
There's no question (at least in my mind) that Fluke is a highly reputable brand and they got that way by making quality, reliable products. But, IMHO (as a long time tech) consumers pay extra to have those "F L U K E" letters stamped on those products.
