Bethesda studios will develop Elder Scrolls V

Bethesda's Elder Scrolls IV is one of the most taxing RPG games in the market so far, and is one of the best RPG's ever. Fans of the Elder Scrolls series will be pleased to know that Elder Scrolls V is more than just a rumor. They are experimenting with it as you read this, and will begin full development as soon as Fallout 3 is finished.

Oh my god, imagine Oblivion on DX10!!! :drool: Huuuge scenery and lots of foliage, as well as large draw distances. No more popping up things.

If and when Oblivion V comes out, Im willing to bet it will be DX10 :rool:: with a patch for XP users.... When it comes out, I might just have to upgrade to Vista and a DX10 Radeon card ::cough::

more likely when TES V comes out most of us will have a DX 10 cards and Vista, I think this game will take a LONG time to complete

These guys, BETHESDA SOFTWORKS, have done a few of my fav. games of all time:

Terminator 2029... & also, iirc, Terminator Rampage.

* Was "big fun" imo, back circa 1992-1994... loved it! A first-person shooter, doom-like game series, for DOS.

(Pretty hard, excellent atmosphere, & just plain FUN!)

I don't know.... I think Bethseda has been slacking lately. All of their Star Trek games they came out with this past year were kind of mediocre. Especially ST: Legacy, that didn't even come close to the hype. Also, I don't see why Oblivion gets the props it does. It runs extremely poorly on most peoples pcs. It's basically Elderscrolls III, but in Cyrodil and new graphics. I played it for a while, but got bored. The last game still interests me more and I still play it, especially with the plethora of mods out for it.

OMG! Fallout 3! This is GREAT news!!!!! Who gives a flying flip about Elders Scrolls 5 when we know for sure that Fallout 3 is in the works!

Man TESV and Fallout 3 better be optimized. TESIV would be a million times better if they actually cared about their engine. Even with all the modding you can do to it. It still hasn't been truly optimized by outside forces, or inside forces, or any forces.

Please don't suck Bethseda. Or rather, get out of being sucky, and be good.
