I tried several versions, 1.06 from 2005 is oldest working on xp, but still can't detect current BIOS, maybe beacuse BIOS is corrupted ?
Are you using an admin privileged command prompt?

So it is properly recognized ? Can i flash now BIOS via command line on xp ? or i must use DOS ?
I have admin rights on xp

I flashed BIOS, and now gpu-z can't detect default GPU and memory clocks, and memory size is 0 MB

In the production process, depending on the situation of the moment, each major company (i am referring to AMD and Nvidia)
decided to modify the die (sometimes just a marketing decision sometimes they had problems in the production process,
they actually used the laser to cut the die to reach the specs they wanted.
So when he said "laser cut" he meant it at a hardware level was cut by an industrial laser.
So in that case you can't enable by software.

Yesterday and today i have more time and i plugged this card again and for "fun" checked what it will works if i change video memory to 32 mb from 128 mb. It worked with 128-bit!, tried with 64 mb and it worked too!
64mb-128bit.gif
i also tried changing back to 128mb and... it works!
128mb-128bit.gif

driver monitoring software also reporting 128 mb video memory, 122 mb free
driver-software-monitoring.PNG

But i have one problem now... sometimes a lot of artifacts...
I tried checking video memory using video memory stress test from hirens boot dvd and it found errors:

To be sure if it’s the memory or the memory controller on the GPU die make sure that the card is running cool and or use some of the other tools to lower the GPU clock and or the memory clock and see if it still occurs

I lowered GPU and memory clocks to lowerest possible values (GPU:205, MEM: 153) and tried running this test again. Now test has detected artifacts, but two times test passed without errors:

Ok try 64 mb bios and if trouble stops you know the ram is damaged, idk if these early bios provided memory timings or not

Yeah, that was my next thought too, memory timings in the BIOS can cause the same issue

I tried 32 MB/128bit BIOS and 64MB/128bit BIOS without luck,
I made a video, where you can see when artifacts appears and disappears:

It happens randomly, in windows i can browse the web without artifacts, but when i run 3D game artifacts sometimes appears and disappears randomly as in the video above.

The memory or memory controller is damaged, possibly a vrm for the ram as well

Traces, caps, resistors ram chips, youd need a board repair

Sounds like either a dry or cracked solder joint somewhere probably due to heat on/off cycles and Old age

As it was said earlier, for sure you have some solder joint cracked or in worst case scenario one trace on the pcb cracked.
In both cases you must go with the video card to a repair shop in order to be repaired.
