I'd highly recommend you not fix what isn't broken. It doesn't appear you have the slightest idea as to what is going on and asking for paint by numbers steps. It is not worth risking the brick.

Now let me ask one thing to you browey how good is your case vented

As cards get hot if they are not getting enough cool air pretty fast with the more and more powerfull gpu's have been released in the last decade

Many of my friends ask me to give them advise what case and so on they have to buy or come with pictures and ask me is this a good pc

Often i have to disappoint them with a negative result like DO NOT BUY THAT EVER
