The VRM looks solid. However, I can't find information about how many phases it's equipped with.

Uhmmmm.... not sure why they named it "Silver" cause the board itself is black & black-ish grey, except for the covers/heatshields etc.....

If by solid you mean "has a big chunk of metal on top of it" yes, yes it does. That of course tells very little about the actual vrm underneath and how in/efficient it is.

I wonder if this board would be able to fit large tower coolers like the usual noctua d15 and similar stuff, the heatsinks on the vrm are so big and close to the socket that I don't know if will have the same problem as early Asus Alder Lake boards

I'd like to know what those chunks of metal are made out from. Those pics make it look more like silver paint instead of some else like maybe Anodized Aluminumumum.

Meh probably just bare aluminium with some stickers
