Theories are theories. We know General & Special Relativity is not quite right and Quantum Physics isn't quite right either. As a result, there are tons of people posing theories.

This is true. Lot's of very good people are trying to figure out the way the Universe works. The problem is, and physicists know this, we are missing several key things about the Universe. As such, no one can put together a unified picture yet. We've bits & pieces everywhere, but not all of them fit together, and no one knows why.

Very unlikely. Most of what we know about the Universe pretty much guarantees that theory is without merit. Interesting idea, but that's all it is.
