There is a performance enhancing feature in the 24h2 update.
This came as a patch to the current version. I checked if it makes a difference on Intel processors.
Yes, there is an FPS increase.

more than 10% increase in performance

Just so you guys know, standalone benchmark tool is running game version 1.0.3 while the ingame benchmark is running 1.08
The newer ingame benchmark is getting like + ~100fps when running at CPU limited settings

These two versions shouldn't/cant be compared
