16 cores SMT off vs 8 cores x3d SMT on is another question, which is more stable at 0.1% lows.
And you will always have that "itch" that someone was deliding and doing some shady stuff with it because it's not new.

no difference between 1440p and 1080p on CS2,...stil it have better frames than my 5600x

with AIDA64 system stability test the cpu reaches 115w with 91C and drops to 85-86C ,should I let it run for 30 mins ? The FPU stress test make it go to +110W and 91-92C , while in other test can't exceed 72

I'd run games at low resolutions as long as it isn't crashing during long sessions you should be fine. There's always going to be some risk buying a used cpu so make sure you stress it as much as you can during your return period.

Set the -30 on all cores in the curve optimizer. High chance it will work that way, if not, lower it bit by bit until it's fully stable.
You need CO if you want good temps.
