Hey. Pretty much a standard case except for wire management that makes it look clean and tidy.

I drilled the holes for the cables then filed out to make a slot.I bought some rubber grommets to make it look nicer and protect the wires.

I made the aluminium panel with the X58 cutout(to cover the PSU) and put some LEDs behind it.

I now have a Asus 5870 so i updated the pics with the new card. It was a hassle because these cards have the power connectors on the side and my PCI-E leads werent long enough to reach so i had to lengthen them. I still have a few minor things to do when i get around to it.
UPDATE: Now using a 930 CPU and XL2370 monitor
UPDATE 2:(4/6/2010) Installed OCZ Vertex 2 SSD
Another update Microsoft X4 Keyboard and Roccat Kone + mouse

cable management is indeed very good! I was like wait, are those all the wires?

very neat cabinet
congratulations

Nice rig man, very clean. That case sure does offer a good cable management. Not taking anything away from you though.

That's a fine example of "cable management". NICE! 8/10

Thanks alot guys.

I should mention, the case itself doesnt come with cable management. I had to drill the holes myself and i used rubber grommets to make it look nice.

Again thanks for the nice comments

Really well done. I hope you don't mind an 8 from me, but personally I think the work you did is a 10 on the scale of professional labor.

Man! That cable management is awesome!
Makes me want to go home and rebuild my rig.

10/10!

You don't have much hardware in your case which makes cable management much easier. Looks great man,

Looks really good. Is there a chance you could tuen your hard drive around so the cables are less visible?

Wow...

I like me a nice painted interior but your case makes me question my preferences. great cable management indeed and i have to agree with another fellow TPU member, is that all the cables? Is the interior chrome? Very nice job 10/10

Thanks, the interior is aluminium and yep thats a completely working computer with 3 case fans , DVD/HD, Video card (2X6 pin) , 24 pin and 8 pin connectors, also leads for LEDs, front panel, front audio, front usb (at the bottom).

The 3 case fans run off a 3 pin lead to the motherboard its right next to the 24 pin connector if you look realy close.

If i had to buy a new case now i would look at the corsair obsidian because it has true cable management without drilling holes, that one has a black interior. But this case is ok if you do the work drilling holes.

I like the minimalist look but i still have a few ideas for this case.

+1 for the Corsair Obsidian:)

I voted 4/10 because:

Pictures are a bit dark, but impressive cable management none the less, good work, keep it up.

Umm, theres a bright picture of the inside cable management. If i use the flash on the others you cant see the blue light effect but thanks for voting on my photography skills.

nice job, but just to note you dont have all the wires rigged up, like where is your sata cable to your hardrive?

Its there. It bends under and along the hard drive. The HD power is along the top of the drive and the data lead is under the drive.

Good point man, I tried to do that but it doesnt fit because the power lead sticks out too much.

It might work with a 90 degree power lead but that means running another power lead from the PSU.

I'm going to try to do it somehow.

Hey,

I got a new graphics card so i updated the pics. Major pain the cards connectors are on the side. My leads werent long enough for the 5870 so i had to lengthen them.
