Can PCs overheat?

Benchmark Scores They're pretty good, nothing crazy.
Your pc is more than fine unless your cooler goes wack. Your Internet speed is same as mine. I don't find that slow for me at least. Here in Alabama the speeds here are awful no matter what carrier you choose. I'm assuming you have a lot more games. Say what.. 100+ GBs

he should be able to crank that thing to 4.8 with no problems.

Those temps are like 30C below limit

Well built PC cannot overheat no matter what. It is something you have to verify when you build it. It's why we run stress tests. If fully stressed system stays within normal temperatures, it doesn't matter how long it runs. It can be 5 minutes, 1 hour or 3 days. Fan failures, unless clogged up with dust or cables are VERY uncommon. It'll usually become noisy (warning you) before critically failing.
