Chenbro has launched the RB14604, a 1U server barebone with integrated Intel Server Board M10JNP2SB for Intel Xeon E processors. The RB14604 is an easy-to-use barebones server solution, pre-integrating a server-grade microATX motherboard to ensure a reliable, cost-effective, ready-to-go solution for applications such as web hosting, content delivery, storage applications, and entry-level Cloud services.

The Level 6 server barebone system is pre-tested to ensure compatibility and long-term reliability with the pre-installed Intel M10JNP2SB Server Board. The barebones design includes a high-quality 400 W 80 Plus Gold level PSU with MTBF 100K+ Hours, optimized cable routing, 4X dedicated cooling fans, and air ducts to ensure reliable cooling up to 95 W Intel Xeon E processors.

The Chenbro RM146 Plus chassis used for this barebone supports 4X hot-swap bays for 3.5-inch storage drives, plus 2X 2.5-inch internal bays and a storage backplane for 4X 3.5-inch SAS/SATA drives. Internal expansion is provided by 1X half-length, full-height PCI-Express 8x slot. Networking is provided by 4X 1GbE via an Intel i210 Ethernet Controller. Up to 4X ECC UDIMM 2666 MHz is supported, providing up to 128 GB in capacity.

Logo Branding & Customization Services for Rackmount Server Chassis
As with other Chenbro chassis, the RB14604 barebone is available for branding customization. Rackmounts can be modified to meet a customer's needs, including personalized silkscreens, logo plates, and tailor-made bezels to create a Data Center Rackmount in the customer's brand image. Thanks to an agile organization, Chenbro's server customization services can support requests from System Integrators and MSP's for their exclusive clients requiring select quantities.

Quality Server Manufacturing for Fast & Safe Server Assembly by MSP
Building on its 37 years of Taiwan manufacturing excellence, Chenbro assures a quality product manufactured with a sturdy frame and no sharp edges to ensure the well-being of assembly teams in system integrators, rack and stack service providers. The RB14604 barebone server employs a tool-less design for upgrades and maintenance, including storage, HDD trays, system fans, and PCI-Express riser brackets.

RB14604 Global Availability in Mid-July
Shipping from Taiwan this month, stocks will be available in North America and Europe starting mid-July. Chenbro is dedicated to supporting global System Integrators through its wide network of distribution partners in North America, Europe, and Asia, or it can support larger orders directly.

Affordable level 6? What does that even mean?

That's the name of the product. Affordable Level 6.
The product name seems to be RB14604, no?
No mention of "affordable level 6" on the product page

Geez the people at this company are the worst at naming things.
ChenBro? really?
Affordable 6? Nice way to downgrade your product... "Meh at least it's afordable"

The company name has been around since 1983, but hey, maybe you can invent a time machine and go back and tell them that it'll be a silly name in 2020? The non English company name is 勤誠興業股份有限公司 but that's hardly practical to use outside of Taiwan, or?

Affordable level 6? What does that even mean?
Apparently, it means a barebone that includes a motherboard

Can't access that site, but thanks. Still a very odd terminology to put front and centre in a press release.
huh, it worked this morning. Anyway, it's probably more of an OEM term. I heard about it quite frequently in Foxconn.

If anyone is interested, try another link:

Right, that makes a lot more sense.
Surprisingly nothing I'd heard about before, but then again, I haven't really worked with servers so...
