Cooler Master Introduces the CM Storm QuickFire Ultimate Gaming Keyboard

Yea i plan to pick up the dampeners myself as I am using MX Reds and while I love the feel and the quick action they require very little force to push down so there great if your fast with your fingers but they are loud do to bottoming out. Just waiting on my new Case first before spending cash on small stuff like the dampeners.

I am typing on THIS keyboard right now and I bought it like a year ago...how is this new?

Hilux SSRG- Is mechanical keyboards not noisy. I mean click click clikety click .they make a noise don't they.

crazyeyesreaper summed it up well with the dampners solution. But there are numerous mx switches that may fit your need. I went with the middle of the road solution with the mx browns - not too loud but have the tactile feel and good resistance.

I would recommend a look at http://www.mechanicalkeyboards.com/mechanical_switches.php

and also a multitude of other websites to learn more. Your in for one hell of a ride! :D

Browns are my preferred switch. I like the tactile bump, but hate the click of other tactile switches.

CoolerMaster Keyboard

This is ultimately the best keyboard i have ever owned. Without a doubt, it shines by both having a solid feel, and a no nonsense look. Whatever Cherry MX switches you go with, this all mechanical keyboard with it's full array of very bright LED's is a beauty. I don't think you can get a better deal online for a similar keyboard then the in-store price i received. At $79.99, I honestly think this was a steal of a deal.....
