Cooler Master Redesigns its TIM Packaging so Parents Don't Think Their Kids are Doing Drugs

Wait, i’m not supposed to be injecting the stuff!? How else am I supposed to keep my cool.

And then sniff it just for lulz :nutkick:

and let out a big sigh and say: "ooooohhhh yeah...that is the good stuff" and roll your eyes back a bit.

they already think they're high buying cooler master's overpriced coolers.

That honestly sounds like a joke, a joke to cover most likely a price increase, besides thermal past should never be spreaded, and with this they're basically forcing me to. Not that i'd ever buy CM thermal past since there's better at the same cost, or cheaper at the same quality...
Der8aeur, the extreme overclocker and man who literally runs a thermal paste company, would like to show you you're wrong:

You can spread or do whatever you want. As long as there's paste covering the die, you're absolutely fine. None of the methods result in air bubbles as you've probably been told in the past. The mounting pressure of any cooler is more than enough to ensure all the air is evacuated as long as enough thermal paste is used.

The difference between methods is only that spreading it manually is the only way to ensure 100% coverage of the IHS every single time.

CoolerMaster actually believes by applying some crazy marketing influential overview to undermine an already current and perpetually scheming methodology within the addition of no subtracting tainted psychedelic ritual rascalism and exactly two layers of mayhem yet not three, they're going to change my daily routine?

Think again CM, gonna keep kicking back and getting baked with my friends Owly and Grizzly!

That makes no sense, yea 10am, already baked... :pimp:

If your TIM does not come with one of these, you're doing it wrong:

Another fantastic post from E-Curbi, where he demonstrates that he has read the article, but has no intention of discussing anything but himself, in the vain hope of internet adulation being forthcoming.

Oh, that happened years ago. Where you been?

This post was only for fun. Look above, everyone is posting a funny spin on this. lol

Making fellow enthusiasts laugh or smile is more fun than being angry all the time dood. Try it sometime. :)

Whatever the reason the PR worked, people are now more aware of CM.

Exactly, CM will receive a HUGE bump in awareness and sales.

No raised awareness for me unfortunately, from my thermal results Noctua paste works best with Noctua coolers, but a huge bump for CM nonetheless. :)

Breaking News: Drug dealers fight back and start packing the drugs in Cooler Master like syringes.

Make it yours:toast:

I really hope you're joking.

I really hope the article's a joke

Fortunately it is.

EDIT: The "computer hacker" article is. Got confused. This probably is too.

The fact we have doubts is probably just as bad :D

LOL! @btarunr Their Twitter joke is not rubbing off well as a posted article dude

I wish I could easily believe it were a joke, but these days, I dunno... we live in an age where McDonald's got sued for selling coffee without a disclaimer. I just made a pizza the other day, the box says to remember to take the pizza not only out of the wrapper, but also to take it out of the box before baking... :kookoo:

If I can't put a pea-sized ball of tim on the heatsink, I won't buy it. The thing in the picture is literally the best way to waste tim and also get a bad application at the same time. I can't decide if this is an early April's 1st or not ...

This is silly. What moron parents would look at a TIM tube and think "Yup, that's drugs!". I am wondering how well CoolerMasters new tubes work?..

That is exactly what I was thinking. But I'm sure we are going to get a flood of people saying "duh, don't you know spreading the paste is the best! This is so awesome, it helps spread it!!!11!!"

It's certainly down to personal preference really. It helps about as much if not less than switching paste brand.

I have an old cooler master tube, selling for 5000$ guaranteed better drug than Molly and weed and it is highly controversial so u can look like ur taking good quality drugs
