The 980Ti Hybrid -even after overclocked - would have load temps of 60C or less. No air cooled GPU is capable of those kinds of temps. So your definition of "low temps" is vastly different from mine I suppose.Air cooled GPU such as Zotac AMP! Extreme! already reach 2.1Ghz while keeping the temps low. Doesn't make sense to use liquid cooled on a already low temp chip.
