xmp1 is usually the rated speed the kit is sold to be able to do
2nd xmp is the oc speed a little higher frequency this is with ddr4 which is the last corsair kit i have.
Every other kit I have is gskill which only have one xmp profile which is rated speed and higher and you're on your own in bios hehe
