I'm curious as to which Intel mobo was tested that failed to hit the 5GT/s RAM clock. I know the MSI mini-ITX Z390 is really good for high mem speeds.

Buuuuuuuuuuuut, Intel can run it too... regardless, assuming the IMC/board can handle it...This kit is only guaranteed to run at rated speed/timings on AMD systems due to ability to unlink UCLK and FCLK.
It would? If it is more, I wouldn't bet much at all...On Intel it would actually do something,

These are Spectek markings, not Corsair. Spectek is a part of the Micron corporation so it's clear they can share IC under any brand.
I'm not sure if this IC is a B-die but it looks different than the E-die. It's scaling about the same but also new B-die are scaling in the same way.
