Hello,
Trying to find any help I can find in defeating the stupid stutter after upgrading to a 5800x3d.
Stutters happen in CS GO and PUBG, every 5-10 seconds and look like assets loading. Stutters can be seen as frametime spikes in afterburner.
I do not see stutters that often in Warzone or Cyberpunk, but still, happen once in 20 mins maybe.
Before upgrade, my 5800x ran fine.
I have tried so far:
I have no idea what could be wrong at this point. Should i start replacing the CPU or the motherboard?

I have tried so far:
- Reinstall Windows 10 and 11
- Disable all services no related to Windows
- Different GPU (2060)
- Different CPU (another 5800x3d)
- Different PSU
- Different motherboard
- Different CL16 ram
- Rechecked all connections to PSU
- Clean install all available drivers for 4080
- Disable ftpm in bios
- DIsable xmp in bios
- Reinstall games
- BIOS: Disabled CPPC preferred, C-states, XMP. Set PCIe slot to gen4
- I tried different HDMI and DP cables
- Different GPU
- All kinds of stress tests run fine.
- Cs go specific: default settings, set affitiny, priority, -threads 8, -nojoy etc.
- Chipset drivers
- All sorts of Nvidia drivers
I have no idea what could be wrong at this point. Should i start replacing the CPU or the motherboard?
