Is Phantom Liberty worth grabbing? I finished the main game, but there's still plenty of action left, or would be better to wait for a sale for that DLC?

It's actually pretty good -- definitely worth grabbing. Cyberpunk has kind of slowly evolved from a pretty tech distractions to one of my favorite games.

It's brutally CPU heavy -- OC'D 13700KF @ 4k with a 4090 60% GPU usage in crowded areas (crowd density set to high). FG helps.

He does have an X3D chip tho so that should help quite a bit. Medium/low settings + FSR + frame gen and it *should* be pretty smooth - might be time to upgrade that videocard tho.

I set it to low on my 12400F (non-OC). Allows 100+ FPS in most areas with 6700 XT at 1440p with some XeSS going on.

No Oc. 3.46ghz base, 3.73ghz turbo.
Low crowd settings helps.
Disabled meltdown and spectre patch.

Yes. Get it, one of the endings possbile with only Phantom Liberty is what i first chose when i finished the game. You can finish the DLC at least 2 times with both endings and major choices. The new characters are great and Idris Elba is great as a spy master. Plus i loves his mix on 99.9 FM radio

Sadly not going to happen, they are all working on the Witcher 4 apparently ...............

And they began work on Project Orion, the next game in the Cyberpunk universe. So no more DLC's for CP2077.

I have mostly been playing wow lately, but went and tried the new updates in cyberpunk with dlss4 etc - to my surprise i found that the game was crashing like crazy.

Found that it was my gpu - in the past i could do +250 core, or 2700 mhz / 925 mv undervolt np, but the most it could do now was +100, or 2600 mhz / 950mv undervolt.
This was at 4k with pathtracing, dlss4 quality, and ray reconstruction.

Then i tried turning all that stuff off, so just native 4k, no rt. Now i could do +250 core again. As can i in all other games. Was worried for a sec that my 4090 had degraded considerably, but fortunately that seems to not be the case.

But have any of you guys experienced the same thing ? That you had to lower oc or do less aggressive undervolt to keep game from crashing when using pathtracing and dlss4 ?

yup, finally i can see the DLSS 4 (transformers model), also i can use it on my old PC.... but, if i am combining with DLSS RR, the average FPS will be going down, why ?

Transformer model wants more power from tensor cores. Old RTX GPUs have it worse than the newer ones so it stutters like crazy sometimes. Especially on 3050/2060 and the likes.
