YOu can't really even compare a C2D to that processor in the Dell. Or the cooler you have chosen, or the PSU, or the motherboard.


Finding things on sale and why use Vista when Windows 7 is out?

I could build a tiny monitorless system with crap specs for cheap, or buy a prebuilt barebones piece for cheap with no OS and run Linux, or 7 and still be cheaper with better upgrade options.

One thing I am curious

One thing I am curious though how would any of the CPU's Dell has offered with this box handle 1080p MKV format as there is hardly any hardware acceleration of a MKV container. Moreover, that would be without doubt what users we'll be looking for as most HD content is found as MKV's.

I would love some thoughts on it.
