who needs this much of ram? Probably only 8 would be used. 32 gb yeah right.
And PCs will only ever need 8K of RAM.

I have 16GB in my 'puter(max of 64GB X79), and I can fill that up pretty quickly. When I'm working on music, the soundbanks can fill up RAM like you wouldn't believe.
Even gaming, I've seen my ram usage shoot up to 12-14GB.
That's not even taking into account the 6GB of VRAM between my 7970s.
Still, I agree this is pretty ridiculous for a laptop and not many people will have use for this beast, nor the money to purchase it.
