I'm one of those bench junkies, but to be honest, I'm still kinda torn over the issue. If the other 3 slots were sacrificed for some other great and awe inspiring feature, then I'd be all for it, but it seems to me this board isn't really all that different than other X58 boards in terms of power features or anything. I guess we'll have to wait and see.

I prefer the 3 slots to 6 to be honest, I doubt I'll need more than 3GB, especially in triple channel running at at least 1066MHz.

Best mobo for looks ive seen!

Only doubt for me is foxconn themselves... are they any good?
This from vr-zone also makes this mobo sound awesome!!
There is also a QF Panel for on-the-fly overclocking from the 5.25" drive bay and a Quantum BIOS with all the OC options.
I guess its now between the P6T and this? OC Palm vs 5.25" QF Panel. However the TurboV and Express Gate sounds good on the P6T.

indeed. You wont see test bench enthusiasts out there loading up all the channels on current boards.. all it does is just put strain on the northbridge and a much trickier ram tweaking. Not sure about x58s though.. with the memory now being related to the proc and all.
