1. did you deleted data and re-installled drivers? on both computers?UPDATE
Now my GTX 1070 had developed the same problem on my sons PC, so its not the GPU, presumably the MB or PSU, but which is it?
2. did the GTX 1070 brings the same problems on both computers or just getting yours slow?
3. please, list full specs for both computers...
+1, mine is a bitch sometimes...980s are a little more hungry for good clean stable power
Driver version ? did you tried to also re-install'em ?I have the fastest card in the world and it feels like shit even at 1080p sometimes.
