A store listing by Danish online retailer Proshop reveals a couple of things, one, that NVIDIA's next flagship graphics card will indeed be called "GeForce GTX Titan," and two, it could be out of reach of a vast majority of enthusiasts. The retailer is listing an ASUS-branded card for 5,820.80 Danish Krone (US $1,046), and that's before Europe's famous taxation kicks in. After, that goes up to 7,276 DKK ($1,307).

If one has to infer performance of the card from this price, given that NVIDIA won't botch up price-performance in relation to GTX 690, the GTX Titan should perform on-par, or outperform the GTX 690. Even if it's a tiny bit slower, NVIDIA could focus its marketing efforts on the card's 4-way and 3-way SLI capabilities, using which one could outperform GTX 690 QuadSLI setups.

Price is a little higher than i thought it would be. I was thinking $900, can't wait for a W1zz review :rockout:

Looks like they removed the page.

Here's a pic from legitreviews.com:

yeah, not found
6gb with fast GPU would be great,

Finally, it can't come soon enough :toast:

Maybe a steady 60fps at 2560x1600 with a single GPU on every game is going to be possible now.

Like I said in my editorial, NVIDIA is looking to pee on Sony PS4 launch (which is on Feb 20). So this card should be launched at the very latest by Feb 19. And I'm deeply skeptical about the price. I'm thinking more like $650.

 yeah I'll wait for 8 series = new architecture, maybe more efficient, maybe better performance than the titan for top end card, and most of all down to earth pricing.

At the pace of Titans pricing, I'm clearly skipping it and probably the whole 7 Series, so 8 series here i come 2014 next GPU upgrade.

The best products really are made when someone really wants to piss on someone else's party.
Like Lamborghini to Ferrari :D

Too bad Laborghini hasn't made anything more interesting than Ferrari for the past decade or so.

Surely you jest, but OK. It's your opinion; I simply cannot share it.

If nvidia has this card, AMD must have something of similar performance?

This was already posted 2 days ago but Crap Daddy, but still "Page not found" ...

That is what I am looking for as well:)

You will have to wait a long time. http://wccftech.com/amd-confirms-ra...nd-delay-hd-7000-series-remain-primary-focus/

What matters is Performance per Watt, and price with it. I don`t see many people flocking to buy the Asus Ares! All AMD needs to do is; make a card that beats nvidia in performance per watt at a reasonable price, and it will sell more.

All pre-sales pricing is always over priced. However if Nvidia really prices this card in the $800 to $1000 dollar price range..... they could be shooting themselves in the foot if they are aiming to compete with PS4. The PS4 is on supposed to cost $400 to $500 dollars US. So with that said let's see???? Buy 1 card that you still need to buy the rest of the PC to go along with??? Or buy a PS4 that can play everything out of the gate.

My opinion is if the Titian costs as much as they say..... I will wait for AMD to drop their HD8900 series at a better price point (Which they will almost surely do) and buy 3 to 4 of those.

Believe it or not Nvidia you can price people out of the market and this comes from a guy with 3 GTX 680's currently in his system.

with price over $1K? it's beyond a joke

i doubt it.
they love your money. they'll take everything in your pocket.

So far the price hasn't been confirmed, but feel tree to moan about it.

Oh my bad, by 8 series I meant Nvidia Geforce 8xx Series that's why i stated 2014

and thanks for the link you provided, that's some great news, i wasn't ready to ditch my GTX670 anytime soon, by all means i hope they delay launch of Geforce 7xx & Radeon 8xxx till February or March 2014 so when they launch then it would be a worth while upgrade, just my thoughts

I don't understand why this resolution on PC monitor is not mainstream yet. We've been stuck at this 768-1080p forever. This is pathetic. 1200-1600p was possible even with CRTs. I find it sad that my 10in tablet has higher res than my 27in monitor.

Do you play BF3 or Crysis on your tablet?? Let's stick with Angry Birds in 320PPI and leave AAA games for desktops.. ;)

@ $650, that would be icing on the cake! I may consider 3

@ 1300, I may just consider 690

I'd rather have the best single GPU out there, even for a hefty premium than buying more weaker GPUs, I've had too many problems with multi GPU setups to back up my claim.

If you hadn't, well sir, you've been extremely lucky or you've never played as many games as I did.

Never Crossfire/SLI also for me ever. Half of games don't work anyways, or work like carp! Not to mention the extra noise and power. Not worth it.

The sooner it comes out, the sooner I can pick up everyone's "old" 7970.
