GELID Announces Stella Dual-Ring ARGB Fans

Tech innovator GELID Solutions unveils the latest 120 mm case fan supercharged with sophisticated Dual Ring Addressable RGB (ARGB) LED lighting and enhanced cooling techniques. The STELLA is a product of GELID Solutions GAMER product line. The STELLA introduces a perfect mixture of top-notch technologies and vivid design. It comes with 8 hub-mounted ARGB LEDs and 16 frame-mounted independent ARGB LEDs to illuminate stylish Dual Ring Lighting and create spectacular RGB effects. The fan also boasts Double Ball Bearing which adds to improve mechanics and ensures ultra-durable functioning, and features the new high-airflow optimized impeller to deliver enhanced cooling. The carefully designed PWM IC, a core part of STELLA, eliminates any clicking noise. Additionally, the intelligent GELID PWM (Pulse Width Module) drives the fan in extended speed range from 500 RPM to 1600 RPM, it constantly keeps the fan silent but accelerates speed whenever higher airflow is needed.



The fan is RoHS and WEEE conform and carries a 3 year warranty.

Price is right, especially when I need nine fans for my Lian Li PC-O11 Dynamic, but unfortunately after seeing the new Lian Li Uni fans in white, I want those really badly, even if it will cost $225 to fill my case

Well, I like those LL fans too (I assume you're talking about the REAL white ones announced last week ?), but as I have 14 in my current rig, they are sooooo not happenin anytime soon

Fans 10 years ago would cost $4-5, now they cost over 10-15 each.
Call it a gamer fan and it adds 50% to the cost of anything. It evens applies to laptops, call it a gamer laptop and it costs $2500+.

Three year not 5 years at least on these STELLA fans, and its just another generic ARGB fan. Most of these dual ring style fans look pretty but due to frame thickness and therefore shorter blades results in far less performance.

Still got a few low-RPM Gelids in my Fractal Define R4... still spinning like on day one. Not a weird noise anywhere, just perfect. And they move air!

And they are very competitive on price. I'd say for anything that doesn't have to be epeen-worthy top notch stuff, get Gelid. Their thermal paste is of a similar nature, too. They've struck a great balance tbh.

Still waiting for a 200mm version and ditto case... that would be the only instance for which I'd consider an RGB ring. That'd be quite the eye catcher and the impact on cooling is likely a lot less pronounced.

I did install today my GELID 14 PWM.
From max rpm named at 1200 this one deliver 1279 rpm.
Instead of 700 rpm lowest I get 740 rpm, you may say that this fan it is a generous one
There is no motor noise, I am super happy with it, and I did add today and a pile of pictures of my case.
Its like a timeline 2003 up to 2020.

I talked with GELID at Facebook, they loved my Blog post.

This information it is at the side of the box that now one took pictures.
But I will assume that at ARGB Fans, the warranty has to do mostly with the longevity of the LED lights than the DC motor.

I looked at the product page I don't see any info on where to buy.

I'm curious though if I wanted to grab 9 for my system would it be any decent airflow and would I be able to sync all 9 to my Gigabyte MB software? Would the splitters work fine to transfer the data or would I need a hub or sorts?
