That's a generous assessment. More like "every PSU of a specific range of models has a severe design flaw that causes them to blow up due to misconfigured OPP". The flaw is one thing though, it's their response to it that has cemented people's opinions of them: rather than going "oh, crap, our bad, have a refund, we'll be recycling all of these"
Feel free to inform the guy with the long hair, him to read first the PSU testing device User Manual.
Because in the end of the day, he is not qualifying receiving answers from REAL electronic engineers.
