The Vision line from Gigabyte targets content creators with a focus on connectivity, performance, and durability. Well-featured and targeted squarely at the mainstream with a sub-US$300 price point, the Vision G could be an attractive option for those looking for something a little different.

I own this board - I really like it though I would loved it if it had 10gbe or 2x 2.5gbe
paired with an i7 11700K @5Ghz all core - at the moment I'm not interested in testing the OC limits

to note: there's a F4 BIOS (final) update for it

and one thing I do not understand the reviewer saying it's a negative for lacking x1 PCIe .... what !?! you can plug x1 cards in x16 slots but you cannot plug x4, x8 and x16 cards in a x1 slot - I do not see the issue of the PCIe slots being x16 length as they're are x4 physically connected to the PCH

---

No WiFi - I do not like WiFi, for me it's a positive

I own this board too and paired it with an I7-11700K too no OC just stock for now.

Well with PCI-E x1 port they are nice to have but not a most like I got a 2xSATA 6GB/s card which is overkill for PCI-E x1 but again pairing it with to HDD's I never noticed a bottleneck with the drive even when both ran 100%.

Plus we go out of standard here where WiFi is nice and PCI-E x1 then this board comes offering none of this and it's the only negative take them off and surprising with 4xM.2. ports even the 2 middle ports makes the GPU run at PCI-E x8 4.0 which is the same as PCI-E x16 3.0 bandwidth wise so if I choose to use them I don't think my RTX 3090 would suffer.

But this board is great if you want all NVME storage and 2TB is expensive then just go 1TB and you are all set.

Those bright white Bios screens need to be dimmed down a bit, they'll burn your retinas.

Could you please fully test the Power On By Keyboard BIOS feature?

On my Z370 HD3P & B365M D3H any setting powers on the PC by pressing any keyboard key. Setting a password also doesn't work at all. I'm in contact with Gigabyte support for two weeks now, but they claim they can't duplicate the issue and that I should either replace keyboards (two native PS2 Keytronic KT2001, one ErgoForce, one Pro, and the Cherry Stream 2.0 with genuine USB to PS2 adapter) or the Power Supply (Corsair RM650X, 2018 model).

nice one. but overpriced.

Depends if you need thunderbolt build-in to your board because if you do it's not really expensive since it's onboard.

I took the Vision D instead because I do not need thunderbolt and it's actually priced good at least in my country.

Gigabyte support finally suggested a proper solution to the PS2 power-on by keyboard issue. I had to disable Windows 10 fast startup in order to ensure the shut down to ACPI S5 state.
