GIGABYTE TECHNOLOGY Co. Ltd, a leading manufacturer of motherboards, graphics cards, and hardware solutions, today announced the overclocking world record of Cinebench R23 56783 pts, verified by HWBOT and chalked up by the latest Z790 AORUS TACHYON with Core i9-13900K all-core O.C 7584 MHz and DDR5-8300 O.C. Instead of high-frequency on single core but fail to all benchmarks, Z790 AORUS TACHYON showcases the unbridled performance with all-core O.C. Designed by world-famous overclocker, GIGABYTE Z790 AORUS TACHYON packs overclocker-exclusive features with top-quality components to become the dreaming motherboard for overclockers, which delivers more user-friendly and stable O.C. operation along with unparalleled performance.

"We are very proud of this amazing O.C. world record of Cinebench R23 set by Z790 AORUS TACHYON, verified by HWBOT and proves GIGABYTE's strong R&D on overclocking. With optimal components, ultimate design, and friendly interfaces, Z790 AORUS TACHYON is the most formidable O.C motherboard in the market, and the best choice for refreshing overclocking world record." said Jackson Hsu, Director of the GIGABYTE Channel Solutions Product Development Division.

GIGABYTE Z790 AORUS TACHYON is designed by well-known overclockers exclusively for overclocking. With the consistency from GIGABYTE's widely recognized durability and stability, Z790 AORUS TACHYON provides comprehensive power management through its advanced direct VRM power design, as well as the full-coverage thermal design of MOS area to significantly improve heat dissipation. Meanwhile, the built-in overclocking kit design on the motherboard provides shortcut keys, toggle switches, and voltage detection functions which many overclockers use for overclocking adjustment. This allows more convenient tweaking for overclockers to break the limit with ease.

Bravo!

I'm missing the power consumption on those records. They can set a record on their own :)

Those Tachyon boards in last few gens seem to be restricted for in house use only.

The current CB R23 world record on HWBOT is 116142.

From HWBOT: "A World Record is defined as the best score ever achieved in a specific benchmark application as verified at HWBOT.org by its benchmark rules and regulations at the moment of submitting the benchmark result."

Its a Hardware First Place, not a world record.

I'm not sure how that's an all core speed when the eco cores are not the same speed.

I can see both sides of this argument, but all-core means ALL CORES at the end of the day.

Hi,
Yep all core oc usually means all cores are at the same frequency eventually
Otherwise it's by core or by specific core oc'ing thus tuning each core to the max frequency they can do due to each cores temperature limits.

I'm guessing e cores were the lower effective clock of a little more than 4.2

Dammit Gigabyte. Cmon Asus, you're up next :D

The eco cores hit 5.966 GHz max. But my point is that all core shouldn't definitionally exclude the eco cores. I'm not sure if the big.LITTLE core situation will materialize into a Core/Module scenario like Bulldozer the the legal realm, but I wouldn't be surprised.

Do you mean Mainstream R23 OC record? because i am sure EPYCs and TR 5000 Pros are way beyond 100K points.
Or this means 13900K only CPU R23 record!

Its a Hardware First Place for that CPU, not a world record.
